Danielle Okafor spent over a decade behind someone else's chair, specializing in textured and natural hair when most salons in the area barely knew where to start. She got tired of being the only stylist in the building who actually understood curls, so she opened her own. At Hazel & Row, nobody explains their hair from scratch.
