Strength & conditioning · Foundry District
Every angle. Every rep.
A coached gym on Foundry Ave. Barbell work, boxing, open gym and guided recovery, built around your actual numbers rather than a generic program.
What we run
Barbell work, built around your actual numbers, not a generic program.
Technical footwork and real pad work, not a cardio class wearing gloves.
Full access, no class schedule required, train on your own clock.
Guided sessions built to keep you training, not sidelined.
Who runs it
Owner · Head coach
Marcus competed for twelve years before a shoulder injury ended it. He opened Iron Prism in 2019 after training in enough gyms that optimized for looking busy instead of getting people stronger.
He still coaches strength and conditioning himself, most days on the floor, not in an office.
How we run it
Every session logged against your own baseline, not a generic average.
