The Corner Table Est. 2016 Reserve
The dining room at The Corner Table: candles lit on bare wooden tables, a worn leather banquette along the wall, and stacked plates on a shelf above a deep red sideboard.

The Corner Table

Neighborhood cooking. No pretense, no shortcuts.

Rosa Delgado laughing in the kitchen at The Corner Table, in a rust-colored blouse and a cream apron, with afternoon light through the window and stacked plates on the steel shelf behind her.

Our story

Rosa Delgado

Rosa Delgado spent fifteen years cooking in other people’s kitchens before she opened one of her own. In 2016, she took over the corner lot at 4th and Maple, the kind of spot every neighborhood has, and turned it into a place where regulars know the servers by name and the specials board actually changes.

Nothing here is trying to impress you. It’s trying to feed you well.
