What this website collects

The booking form asks for your name, phone number, address, the kind of problem and, if you choose, a photo of it. That is all the form asks for.

The form travels over an encrypted connection to our dispatch desk. We use it to schedule your visit and to text you an arrival window.

Photos and your home's file

Photos you send, and photos our techs take of finished work, go into a file for your address. The next tech opens that file before the visit, so nobody has to ask you the same questions twice.

Only Keelhouse employees can open a home's file. We do not post photos of your home anywhere without asking you first.

Payment details

We never ask for a card number through this website, by text or by email. You pay on the tech's tablet at the end of the job, or through the secure link on your invoice.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with lead brokers, lenders or other contractors. If a job needs a specialist we do not employ, we ask you before passing along your name.

Cookies and tracking

This site has no advertising trackers and no tracking pixels. We count visits in aggregate, without cookies and without building a profile of you.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you and your home, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (614) 555-0142 and ask for the office manager.
