A tax and accounting firm for Center City.

Our Old City office is a few stops east of City Hall on the Market-Frankford Line, and most Center City clients never need to make the trip.

What do clients in Center City ask us?

Center City is where the Wage Tax matters most. Tens of thousands of people commute in from the suburbs and New Jersey each day, and each one pays the non-resident rate on wages earned here. Since many of them now split the week between an office tower and a kitchen table, the question of which days are taxable has become a common one.

For the professional practices and small firms with offices downtown, the list is longer: BIRT, Wage Tax withholding for staff, and Use and Occupancy Tax on rented commercial space. We keep all three on one calendar.

Getting to the office

From City Hall, take the Market-Frankford Line east to 2nd Street. The office is two blocks from the station. Regional Rail riders can change at Jefferson Station.

Wage Tax reviews for commuters

We compare your pay stubs with where you lived and worked, and file a refund request when the wrong rate or the wrong days were taxed.

Returns for professionals

Physicians, attorneys, consultants and engineers with K-1s, stock compensation or income in more than one state.

Books and payroll for small offices

Monthly close, payroll and city filings for practices and firms with 2 to 50 people.
