Secure intake

Your health history stays private.

A dental website collects some of the most personal information a business can hold: medications, conditions, allergies, insurance IDs. So the forms on this site are built around one rule. Health details never travel by email and never sit in a website inbox.

  • The whole site runs on HTTPS, with strict transport security so browsers never fall back to an unencrypted connection.
  • Health history goes through an encrypted intake service covered by a business associate agreement, never by email.
  • No ad trackers or tracking pixels on any page that asks about your health.
  • The patient portal requires a second sign in step, a code sent to your phone.
  • Staff accounts are limited by role, and every view of a patient record is logged.
  • We check the site's security headers and forms on a schedule, and fix what we find.

Questions people ask

New patient questions.

Everything people ask before their first appointment.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Your photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of medications. If you completed the secure forms ahead of time, that's all.

Can I fill out forms on paper instead?

Yes. We'll have a tablet or paper forms ready. Arrive 15 minutes early so the visit still starts on time.

How do you protect my health information?

Your forms go through an encrypted intake service, never by email. Only the clinical team and front desk can see them, and every access is logged.

Can my previous dentist send my x-rays?

Yes. Tell us where you were seen and we'll request them. X-rays from the last year often mean we don't need to take new ones.
