They traced a breaker that kept tripping back to the water heater in one visit. Two other companies had blamed each other for a month.
Showed up inside the window, put down runners without being asked, and sent photos of the new lines before he left.
The price on the tablet was the price on the invoice. That's all I wanted.
Every job gets a write up.
Photos, the problem we found, and what we did about it. Each project has its own page, named by the job and the town, so neighbors searching for the same fix can find it.
From the first call to the final photo.

Fixed and documented
Photos and notes go into your home's file, so the next visit starts with the history.
“I built Keelhouse so a family calls one number, and the person who shows up can fix the whole problem.”

Letting a stranger into your basement is a big ask. These are the four worries we hear most, and how we handle each one.
“I can't tell if it's plumbing or electrical.”
You don't need to. One call covers all three trades, and the tech who arrives can trace a problem across them, like a water heater that keeps tripping a breaker.
“I'm worried about a surprise bill.”
You approve a written price before work starts. If the job grows once a wall is open, we stop and show you before going further.
“I've had techs who never showed up.”
You get a two hour window by text and a heads up when the tech is twenty minutes out. If we're running late, you hear it from us first.
“I don't want my house torn up.”
Floor runners, shoe covers, and a cleanup before we leave. Every job ends with photos of the finished work.

Do you charge to come out and diagnose?
Yes. Diagnostic visits start at $95 for plumbing, $110 for electrical and $120 for heating and cooling, and the fee comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
Can one visit cover a plumbing and an electrical problem?
Yes. Tell us both when you book and we send a tech licensed for each, or schedule them back to back the same day.
Do you pull permits in Columbus and the suburbs?
Yes. When a panel upgrade, water heater replacement or furnace replacement needs a permit, we file it with the city and schedule the inspection.
Are you licensed and insured in Ohio?
Yes. Our master plumber, master electrician and HVAC techs hold Ohio licenses, and every tech carries proof on site.
How fast can you get to my house?
Most weekday calls get a same day window. Each city page lists typical arrival times from our Columbus dispatch.

A photo of the leak, the panel or the thermostat helps the tech bring the right parts the first time.
