What the report shows, why it exists, and how Saltbrush protects the two most sensitive things a pool company holds: your gate code and your schedule.
The report answers the question every pool owner has when they come home: did someone come, and what did they do? It is short enough to read at a stoplight and complete enough to hand to the next owner of the house.
Stamped by the technician's phone, so you can see how long the visit took.
Free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, stabilizer and salt, each beside its target range.
The chemical and the amount, so the next technician and the next homeowner both know.
Logged weekly, because the trend tells you when a cleaning is due.
Taken from the same spot each week. It shows the water and nothing else in your yard.
A line that says the gate was pulled shut and latched when we left.

A pool company knows when you are away and how to open your gate. We treat that as the responsibility it is.
Codes are collected by phone, stored encrypted, and shown to your technician on route day only. They are never written on a clipboard or left in a group chat.
Technicians frame the water. No photos of the house, your family, or anything through a window. Photos are deleted from the technician's phone once the report uploads.
Reports, invoices and saved payment details sit behind a login with a one time code. A password alone will not open the account.
A list of homes with pools and the days someone is in the yard is sensitive. It stays with us, and only staff who run your route can see it.
Most pool routes still run on a clipboard or a group text. Somewhere in that thread is a list of addresses, the day nobody is home, and the code that opens the side gate. If a phone is lost or a former employee keeps the thread, that list goes with them.
Saltbrush keeps codes in one system with a login for each person, and removes access the day someone leaves. Technicians see a code on the morning of your route day and at no other time. Every view is logged.
The same care applies to this website. It loads no trackers, sets no advertising cookies, and its forms ask only for what a quote needs. Read the privacy page for the full list.
How the report and the portal work. Weekly service is described on its own page.
By text and email within a few minutes of the visit ending, with a link to the full history in your portal.
Yes. You can add a second recipient, and you can remove them at any time.
The report marks it and says what we added to correct it. If the same reading is off two weeks in a row, the service manager calls you with a plan.
Your assigned technician on your route day, and the service manager. Every time a code is viewed, the system logs who looked and when.
Five details and we send a written quote the same business day. No one comes to the gate until you say so.
Routes run Monday to Friday from 6 AM. The office answers 7 AM to 4 PM, Arizona time.
