The craft
Why is it called The Loom?
Every room at the inn is furnished around one craft, and this one is weaving. The curtains are plain weave linen, heavy enough to hang straight and light enough to lift when the bay window is open.
The throw at the foot of the bed is dyed with indigo, and no two of them match. We ask every maker for the same thing: something a guest will touch every day of the stay. Here that is the cloth.

The Loom, answered
Which room gets the best morning light?
The Loom. It sits on the southeast corner of the house, so the bay window takes the sunrise before any other room.
Can two people share The Loom?
Yes. Every room at the inn sleeps two, and The Loom has one king bed.
Is the gallery private?
The upstairs gallery is shared by the second floor rooms and it is where breakfast is served. The Loom is the only room with its own door onto it.
