How do estimates work?
Most surprise bills come from work that was never priced out loud. Four habits keep that from happening here.
The exam price is fixed
A wellness exam is $78 and a same day sick visit is $95, whoever you see and however long it takes.
Everything else is estimated in writing
The estimate has a low and a high number. You approve it before any test or treatment starts.
We call before going over
If something changes during a procedure, the veterinarian calls you with the reason and the new number before continuing.
The invoice matches the estimate
Line for line. If an item was not needed, it comes off.

Vet prices, answered
Why do you post your prices?
A worried owner should not have to call three clinics to find out what an exam costs. The exam prices are fixed, and the list covers what most visits include.
What if my pet needs more than the exam?
You get a written estimate with a low and a high number before any test or treatment. If something changes during a procedure, we call you before going past the estimate.
Do you take pet insurance?
You pay at the visit and your insurer pays you back. We email the itemized invoice and the medical notes the same day, which is what most insurers ask for.
Is payment due at the visit?
Yes. We take cards and cash. For a large unexpected bill, ask the front desk about spreading the payments.
