What happens at a sick visit?
You call
Tell us what you are seeing, when it started, and whether your pet is eating and drinking. We book the first open slot or tell you to go straight to the emergency hospital.
You arrive
Cats go to the quiet room. Dogs come in through the side door if the lobby is busy.
We examine
A veterinarian does a full exam, including the parts that seem unrelated. The cause is often somewhere you were not looking.
You get an estimate
Any test or treatment is written down with its price. You approve it before we start.
You go home with a plan
Medication, what to watch for, and when to come back. A technician calls the next business day to check in.
When is it more than a sick visit?
