What this website collects

The visit request form asks for your name, a phone number, an email, your pet's name and why you are coming. It does not ask for medical history, and it never asks for a card number.

On this demo site the form does not send anything. On a live site, a request would go to the front desk only.

How your pet's records are handled

Medical records belong in the clinic's record system, and the website does not store them. We release records to the owner on file, or to another clinic with your permission.

If someone who is not on the account calls and asks about your pet, we take a message and call you.

Payments

Cards are taken at the front desk. We do not ask for card numbers by email, by text or through this website. If a message asks you for one in our name, call us before you reply.

Reminders and messages

Vaccine and visit reminders are sent by text or email if you ask for them. Every reminder includes a way to stop them.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising trackers. It loads its typeface from Google Fonts, and that is the only outside service a visit touches.
